SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

We offer worldwide shipping, and free worldwide shipping on orders above 100 Euros. We ship via DHL, DPD, GLS, and TNT.

Orders in the European Union
European orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 4 and 8 working days to arrive. (update with times)

Orders in the United Arab Emirates
UAE orders are dispatched by DPD
. DPD cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive.

Orders in the Rest of the World
Worldwide orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International 
Standard. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 5 and 10 working days to arrive.

**Due to the Coronavirus outbreak some parcel deliveries are being delayed and it may take longer than expected to receive your mask. We do not give refunds for delayed parcels.**

Duties & Fees
If you are located outside the EU, your local government may impose additional import duties or tariffs on your order. We are not responsible for additional duties & taxes imposed on your order.

Shipping Policy - Our carrier partners stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days since the day of postage can officially be classified as lost.  Only after this will a refund/replacement be sent.

We will send your items to the address you enter at checkout. We will not take responsibility for any mistakes or typos in the address.

Damage & Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Orders
Mistakes do happen. If your order is incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve this issue and get your correct order to you.

Everything we sell has been meticulously checked with a strict quality control procedure before being dispatched. If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact our support team at hello@silqcopenhagen.com as soon as you receive your order, and we will be happy to investigate further. Please include pictures and a description of the fault, which will make it easier for us to resolve the issue. You will then need to return the item to us for a thorough inspection. 

Once we have approved a return/exchange, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please note that funds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please make sure that you keep proof of postage for your return as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. We advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
